All orders are processed within 2-3 working days and orders will not be shipped or delivered on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays. We will contact you via Whatsapp if there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order. Shipping cost is calculated on a ‘per unit’ basis and is based on the location. We offer free shipping for specific shipping options in selected categories or free shipping sitewide. We currently do not support ship to P.O boxes and Internationally.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

We do not accept returns and refunds for items ordered incorrectly or due to a change of mind. Exchange and cancellation are not allowed. Return is only allowed when:
1. The items are defects
2. Wrong items shipped
3. Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in original packing
During packing, we perform general checks on the machine.
All returns notification must be made within 7 days of delivery date. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning item and the shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks period includes the transit time for us to receive your refund from the shipper (5 to 10 working days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 working days) and the time it takes bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 working days)
